Gift card purchases
Gift card purchases are non-refundable and must be redeemed within 5 years.
At Grassroots, we welcome children for their appointments. We ask our guests who bring a child to their service, please be mindful of other guests within the salon and spa.
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen personal items.
Grassroots Salon and Spa service providers request a 48-hour notice when canceling an appointment. Repeated no-shows will be charged a fee if no notice is received before a missed appointment. Those guests will be required to have a credit card on file.
At Grassroots Salon and Spa, we pride ourselves on our customer service and the exceptional quality of our work. We ask that any guest needing an adjustment to their hair reaches out to the salon within 48 hours of their original service. All services are non-refundable; however, we will be more than happy to schedule a corrective service.
In case of a hair service correction, a redo will be provided by the service provider at the end of your service, in some cases within 24 hours. Corrective hair services will not be scheduled 7 days past the initial service date. Please keep in mind some color services may require more than one service to achieve the desired result A corrective service will not be honored due to a change of mind of the client.
In case of an esthetic service correction, the correction must be validated by the service provider no more than 48 hours from the treatment and must be scheduled within 7 days from the initial service.
Product return policy
A full refund will be given when merchandise is returned within 20 days, in unused condition, and accompanied by an original Grassroots receipt. A 20% restocking fee on all open/used merchandise, or no original Grassroots receipt. No returns or exchanges on makeup. They are final sales. There is a 30-day return policy on all hair tools.
