We believe that education is the most important tool in our tool belt, which is why we offer free continuing education to our employees. In addition to continued education, all employees have the opportunity to enroll in a simple IRA with employer contributions.

Guest Care
Guest Care is the first stop for every guest, team members are responsible for greeting every guest, the check-in and check-out process, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and product recommendations.

Service Providers
Here at Grassroots, we are a full-service salon and spa. We are always looking for dedicated, highly skilled, professional individuals to join our team. Our spa offers lash extensions, waxing, facials, micro-needling, chemical peels, and Diamond Glow facials. The salon offers a wide range of services and with our free continuing education our team continues to grow and bring the best skills to each of our guests. Grassroots is a commission-based salon, all service providers are paid using a sliding scale. We currently have both full and part-time availability.
Requirements
- Licensed in the State of Utah
- Experience is preferred but not required
