Our Apprenticeship Program is designed for driven, creative individuals who are passionate about the beauty industry and ready to build a successful, long-term career behind the chair. This hands-on learning pathway allows apprentices to earn their license while gaining real-world salon experience under the guidance of a licensed professional.
We proudly offer state-approved apprenticeship programs that meet Utah licensing requirements while providing mentorship, structure, and practical education in a professional salon environment.
WHY AN APPRENTICESHIP?
Programs Offered
Cosmetology / Barbering Apprenticeship - 1,250 total hours
This program prepares apprentices for licensure in cosmetology or barbering, covering required technical skills, safety and sanitation standards, and professional practices as outlined by the State of Utah.
Master Hair Design Apprenticeship - 1,000 total hours
This program is designed for those pursuing a Master Hair Design license, focusing on advanced haircutting, styling, chemical services, and professional salon practices in compliance with Utah state regulations.
All apprenticeship hours are completed on the job in a licensed salon setting and must meet the standards set forth by Utah state law, including supervision by appropriately licensed professionals and proper documentation of completed hours.

• Develop technical skills alongside client communication and professionalism
• Complete all required hours in compliance with Utah State licensing laws
