And at Grassroots Salon & Spa, so much of that gratitude begins with you.

Another year has passed filled with appointments, conversations, transformations, celebrations, big life moments and ordinary Tuesdays spent together in our chairs. Through all of it, you have continued to choose Grassroots—and we don’t take that choice for granted.

Every appointment you book, product you purchase, friend you refer, review you leave and kind word you share supports so much more than a salon.

You support our team.

You support careers, education and growth. You give our artists the opportunity to continue learning, creating and doing work they love. You allow us to provide a space where people can build careers they’re proud of while taking care of the guests who have become such an important part of our Grassroots family.

Some of you have been with us for years. Others walked through our doors for the very first time this year. Whether we’ve known you for decades or we’re just beginning our relationship, we are incredibly grateful you’re here.

There is something special about the relationships created inside a salon. We get to celebrate new jobs, weddings, babies, birthdays and fresh starts. We hear about vacations, graduations and exciting news. Sometimes we laugh until our stomachs hurt, and sometimes our chairs become a place to simply sit, exhale and be cared for.

That trust means more to us than we could ever fit into a thank-you card.
